RESISTANCE HEATING ALLOYS

Fecral Resistance Heating Alloy

FeCrAl alloys represent a key solution for applications requiring high electrical resistance, thermal stability, and long operational life. These materials are widely used in the production of high-temperature electric heating elements, industrial heaters, electric furnaces, and infrared heating systems.

Thanks to the presence of aluminium, these alloys form a protective aluminium oxide layer on the surface, ensuring excellent resistance to oxidation and corrosion even at elevated temperatures.

Sistem Srl offers a wide range of FeCrAl alloys to meet the needs of various industrial sectors:

  • FeCrAl 21/4: Alloy with 21% chromium and 4% aluminium, suitable for electric heating applications with good corrosion resistance.
  • FeCrAl 25/5: Contains 25% chromium and 5% aluminium, providing enhanced oxidation resistance and stability at high temperatures.
  • FeCrAl 216-NB: Variant with added niobium to improve mechanical strength and operational lifespan.
  • FeCrAl 25/6 – HRE: Optimized for extremely high temperatures, offering excellent thermal stability and extended durability.
  • FeCrAl 27/7 – Mo2: With 27% chromium, 7% aluminium, and 2% molybdenum, this alloy ensures outstanding high-temperature performance.
  • FeCrAl 13/4: A lower-chromium alloy, ideal for applications requiring good ductility and oxidation resistance.

All FeCrAl alloys offered by Sistem Srl are engineered to deliver high electrical resistance, long service life, and optimal performance—even in the most demanding environments.
